Being a country made up of 55% rainforest, we choose to use only Malaysian solid hardwood like Nyatoh and Meranti. This supports our local ecosystem from forestry to labour, while reducing carbon footprint from importing foreign wood.

What type of wood do you use?
We primarily work with Malaysian solid hardwood, such as Nyatoh, Meranti, and Rubberwood. The specific wood used for each piece is detailed on the individual product page. We carefully select our timber for its quality, durability, and beautiful natural grain.
We do no use any MDF or particle board in our products.
Are your products handcrafted?
Yes, all our pieces are handcrafted, showcasing the skill and attention to detail of our artisans. While we may use some modern manufacturing techniques for precision, the finishing and assembly often involve significant handwork to ensure the highest quality.
How durable is your furniture?
Our solid wood furniture is built to last. With proper care, it can withstand daily use for generations. The inherent strength and quality of the wood, combined with our construction techniques, ensure the durability of our pieces. This is why we provide 2-year warranty on the wooden structures of our furniture.

What are your delivery costs?
Delivery and installation are free within Klang Valley. For locations outside of Klang Valley, within West Malaysia, delivery is RM300.
Do you offer international shipping?
We do not offer international shipping at the moment but do stay connected for our updates in the future!
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the availability of the items. Typically, orders within Klang Valley with ready stock are delivered within a week. We will contact you via WhatsApp to arrange for delivery as soon as your order is processed.
For orders outside of Klang Valley, it may take up to 14 - 21 days as we will need to coordinate with our delivery partners.
For custom orders, we will discuss delivery timeline before proceeding with your order. Typically custom orders require 4- 8 weeks for completion.
How should I care for my solid wood furniture?
To maintain the beauty and longevity of your solid wood furniture, we recommend the following:
* Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth.
* Avoid placing furniture in direct sunlight or near heat sources, as this can cause the wood to dry out or fade.
* Wipe up spills immediately with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
* Use coasters and placemats to protect the surface from scratches and moisture.
